The controller measures the negative impact that different impurities, such as iron, sodium or trivalent chrome have on the conductivity of hexavalent chrome solutions. It then provides an instant analysis of the condition of the process to ensure that chrome is plated in compliance with approved specifications. Corrective actions can be taken prior to any plating failure.
